In keeping with the Devon School of Yoga's approach and values, Holistic Yoga follows a traditional authentic approach to the practice. It draws inspiration from various yoga paths and traditions, incorporating āsana (posture), prānāyāma (breath control), meditation, and mudras & bandhas (gestures and energy locks).
My personal approach to Holistic Yoga is restore balance within ourselves and to connect with the cycles of nature. As well as drawing from traditional practices, I will also draw on seasonal energies, incorporating these into the practice.

Holistic yoga takes an inclusive approach - everything is an invitation and modifications/adaptations are given for each posture. Expect each class to consist of varied supine, seated, kneeling, standing and prone postures. Whilst I guide and inform, you are the expert in your own body!

1:1 yoga is a personalised offering. We will work together to explore your personal needs and desires, creating a practice that meets these in a gentle and productive way.
Disclaimer: I am not trained as a yoga therapist so this offering is not intended for those who seek yoga therapy. It is for those who may want to learn more about yoga, explore their practice in a personalised way, have more in depth guidance, and who may not feel comfortable in a class setting.

A moon circle will be focused on a particular phase of the lunar cycle, e.g. the full moon, and the zodiac sign that moon is in. In these circles we will explore the specific energies of this lunar phase, how we can live in alignment with our authentic self and how we can harness the wisdom of the moon to bring about positive and transformational change.
For all these events, expect a guided yoga practice, guided meditation, journaling, art-based exploration, and possible sharing.

A women's circle may be scheduled around a particular lunar phase, or on one of the solar/cross-quarter festivals, e.g the summer solstice. These spaces are for those who identity as a woman and the intention is to be held, heard and seen by each other. These spaces expect a certain level of vulnerability to be brought, as we hope to cultivate magick and freedom together. These circles are about honouring the power of gathering together as women.
For all these events, expect a guided yoga practice, guided meditation, journaling, art-based exploration, and possible sharing.

For all these events, expect a guided yoga practice, guided meditation, journaling, art-based exploration, and possible sharing.
