Over many years we have become increasingly disconnected from the cycles of nature, ourselves and from each other too. The intention of these circles and workshops is to offer a safe and nurturing space for embodied reconnection.

Through guided meditation, yoga, journaling, and art-based exploration, we will delve deeper into what these shifts in nature mean for us.
